rebuilt the Mercier w/ new B/B, cranks, bars, saddle, seat post, and cute little brake

homies (Ray and Jamal) provided some new decals

not too shabby

Vivalo got some new parts as well (tires and drops)

might need to adjust those bars, haven't ridden drops in a year
